This fabric is produced by the skillful dyeing technique from Omi, Shiga Prefecture. Pretreatment determines the face of the fabric , which means the pretreatment plays very important role in dying process. By kneading the fabric before dyeing, succeeded in expressing the wrinkled shape and soft swelling of the washed fabric. By adding resilience feeling at finishing process and gently beating the fabric, which gives this fabric soft and puffy feeling.
